Your Questions Answered
Below are frequently asked questions regarding calling International Directory Enquiries and UK Directory Enquiries:- Q.1 - I can't seem to connect to your directory enquiries service can you tell me why? A.1 - There could be a few reasons - if you are calling from a cable phone line you will not be able to connect to our DQ service. If you are calling from a a business your company may have blocked calls to directory enquiries numbers (you can try to overide this code by dialing 121 before the call and if this fails try dialling 1280 before the call). Q.2 - I am abroad at the moment and i am looking for a number in the UK can you help? A.2 - I am afraid that our directory enquiries service is only available from the UK - you can not call this number from any other country. Q.3 - Can i email you with a request to find a number? A.3 - I am afraid that we can not give out phone numbers via email. Please call us on 118102 for UK Directory Enquiries or 118104 for International Directory Enquiries. Q.4 - Can you give out phone numbers on your customer service line? A.4 - Unfortunately not. Our staff who work on customer services do not have access into the data base for any phone numbers, calling our customer service will not help you find the number you are looking for. |
